The main accident occurs for our driver fatigues. when the driver is not interested in the driver but passenger forces him to drive a car this cause vital accident. Driver fatigue is a serious problem resulting in many thousands of road accidents each year. It is not possible to calculate the exact number of sleep-related accidents but research shows that driver fatigue may be a contributory factor in up to 20% of road accidents, and up to one-quarter of fatal and serious accidents. In driver Fatigue law Drowsy driving is suspect to be a primary cause in more than 20% of road fatalities. People generally don't become fatigued from driving. Usually, they are already tired when they get

behind the wheel from long hours and shift work, lack of sleep, sleep appease or physically demanding roles. Truck accidents can occur for a variety of reasons, including
inclement weather, driver error, roadway congestion, and unsafe roadway design. Another common cause of truck accidents is the failure to abide by state and federal truck safety rules. Safety regulations encompass nearly every aspect of trucking, including vehicle operation, maintenance, cargo securement, drug and alcohol testing of drivers, route planning, carriage of hazardous materials, and so on. One important area of regulation is driver fatigue or drowsy driving. Although drowsy driving can happen with any driver, it is a special concern among commercial truck drivers not only because of the long hours they spend on the road and industry pressure to maximize productivity but also because of the significant damage large trucks can do when they crash.  EXAMPLE DRIVER FATIGUE
